May 2010 MDM Design chosen from 34,000 entries

The judging for LogoLounge Volume 6, is now complete and MDM Design is thrilled to be selected for inclusion. This well known and respected publication showcases the best in logo and identity work from around the world. Over 34,000 logos were entered for consideration and judged by an international panel.

March 2010 MDM interior published in international book

MDM Design's Melbourne office was chosen to feature in the book 'Where We Work: Creative Offices'. The book showcases the interior design of 45 of the world's most inspiring work environments from internationally acclaimed and recognized agencies within the advertising, media, and design industry. Of the 45 hand picked companies, only five are from Australia and of those two are from Melbourne. The book will go on sale here in Australia next month. However, there is a copy of the book currently in our office reception, so be sure to have a look next time you come in.

....just wanted to wish you and all the team at MDM a very happy and peaceful Christmas and convey my thanks for your creative products, professionalism, attention to detail and friendly way you go about your business. These are qualities I greatly admire and am grateful to have the opportunity to change jobs but also keep you as my number one service provider. Sept 2009 Ansell Brand Redevelopment

MDM Design was chosen as the new strategic partner for the Ansell 'Occupational' division. The long term contract will involve various methods of brand research, brand strategy development including brand architecture and the design of literally hundreds of pieces of communication for Australia and New Zealand. MDM Design has already been working with the Ansell 'Professional' division for over six years now, during which time we have managed the total design overhaul of all of the communication material and packaging, world-wide.

 

 

June 2009 Ridley Corporation Annual Report

MDM Design was recently approached by Ridley Corporation Limited to produce the company’s latest flagship document, the 2009 Annual Report. Ridley’s business is split into two distinct parts. It is Australia’s largest producer of refined salt with mines and refineries dotted around the country. Major brands include Mermaid, Kooka, Crown and Saxa. It is also Australia’s leading manufacturer and supplier of stockfeed and high performance animal nutrition products. Major brands include Barastoc, Rumevite, Cobber and Ridley Aqua-feed. MDM Design is currently in the design phase of this project working closely with senior management and a photo shoot is planned.

May 2009 Pick 'n' Pack in Hong Kong

MDM Design was commissioned to produce a new brand for the Hong Kong based fresh food company Pick 'n' Pack. The company selects fresh vegetables world wide and packs them in Hong Kong. These products then retail in major supermarkets throughout Hong Kong and China. Our client has approved the logo and we are just commencing applications.
